A luxury three-bedroomed, two-bathroomed, dog-friendly apartment with private off-street parking. Situated close to local amenities and attractions, walking distance to the harbour, Ffestiniog railway and overlooking Porthmadog park. The apartment is accessed via steps and has two staircases inside.
The entrance to the apartment is on Smith Street and is at the rear of Cadwaladers ice cream store. There is a narrow gated driveway, and a few steep steps to the front door. Once inside go up a flight of stairs to a modern fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
Open plan dining room for 6 (can be extended) / sitting room with widescreen, Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
The bathroom includes a shower and also a washing machine and a dryer. Travel cot and mattress, high chair (folding to fit on a chair).
A stair gate leads upstairs to another stair gate, 2 double bedrooms, one with a fold-out single bed/seat, and twin beds in the third bedroom. A very large bathroom with shower, bath, sink and WC. Take care when ascending, as the stairs are quite narrow.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s with DVD player.
Towels are provided for all guests. Beach towels are also available.
